A bit of a snow storm in cottage country last night, not too much, but enough to warrant some snow removal-moval activities. Although the day was cloudy and somewhat unsettled we did see the sun. And yes…I mean no…the lake is still wide open.
A short lived snow squall moved through across the lake.
Things cleared up and the sky is blue again.
The wind, waves and shoreline snow/ice does not look particularly inviting…perhaps the swimming can wait.
A bit of shoreline ice cubes…anyone for a pineapple smoothie?
Later in the day the clouds moved back in and the temperature dropped to a still balmy -2 degrees Celcius.
